It was OK the property was clean

They charged me extra as I was unaware of the checkout time and I went to get ready however they still charged me £20 it was okay for the price it was okay for the price it it

Lovely room in city centre. Comfy bed Great breakfast

Lift out of order and our room was 4 flights up Dinner limited to sandwiches or pizza No drinks offered with meal, dining room closed so ate in bar Bar limited stock, eg. no brandy so had to go out to local pub for nightcap

The staff could not be more helpful or lovely if they tried. They cannot be faulted at all. The standard of facilities were great. Water pressure for the shower- exceptional! The bath deep and long. And bath towels that fit my not so small body! Choice of breakfast items was great too.

Lack of lift aka lots of steps to 4th floor. Staff did check we were ok with the room allocation though.
